New page documenting the Overview dashboard with two views: - New account view: Get Started prompts for Services, Servers, Applications, Alerts and Anomaly Detection with license key display - Active account view: full observability summary covering Services, Servers, Applications, Alerts, Anomaly Detection and Usage panels Includes screenshots for both views and adds page as first item in the FEATURES nav.
